Any customer purchasing goods online will have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their item. Customers will also have an additional 14 days from this point to return the unworn item back to Solillas Outlet.  When returning, please note your intention to exercise your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations.  Standard delivery costs will be refunded if Solillas Outlet are informed of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery, and then sent back to Solillas Outlet within the next 14 days from this point.

Providing the items are received within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, we will initiate a refund of the original purchase cost. Please note that it can take up to 28 days for the banks to process the refund and for it to appear in your account or back on your card.

You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we can not accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit.

As most of the products for sale at Solillas Outlet are one-off items, we may be unable to offer exchanges on returned items. Please send your goods back to us for a refund and if you want to buy a different size, colour, etc, please make a new purchase. 

As hard as we try to get everything spot on, sometimes we make a mistake. If we’ve sent you the incorrect item or there is a problem with the goods, please contact us:

Depending on the problem, we’ll then either provide you with a refund, send you a replacement or the correct item. We’ll of course refund you for the costs you incur returning the item to us.
